Four speakers doing improv come to a Creative Mornings event and encourage us to create ripples of positivity in our community–and discover their own visuals in the process!
Think about all of the people who have had a positive impact on your life! Picture them. Draw them up in your mindâs eye, imagine your lifeâs trajectory, and envision their role in your journey. Who are these people? What have you learned from them? What is the ripple impact of what they taught you? If you do nothing else today, send those people all the good vibes you can and let those vibes and lessons ripple out from yourself to the world around you. The March CM/D event is going to be a special one! As a creative community, weâll explore the ripple affect we can all have on each other and the surrounding community. We are mixing together âpower point karaoke,â âimprov comedy,â and âopen mic nightâ into a one of a kind digitally-ripplinâ experience. On March 26th, we bring to the stage four improv artists who will explore the theme of âRIPPLEâ off-the-cuff, and along the way we all have a chance to create an immediate ripple of positivity on the people in various realms of our lives by acting on various âripple-challenges.â The final act of the show will be an open mic opportunity for the audience and the community. Weâll invite you as the listener up to the stage to share a few short stories about the ripple of positivity and how other people have created important impact in your life. Featuring Jay Mays, Rebecca Frost, Scott Beck and Shane McAllister!
