Certified food Nerd Tessa Evanosky will walk you through the basic process of making your own Kimchi, Sour Kraut, and Kombucha . Using Salt and Fresh organic ingredients participants will walk away with everything they need to know to create there own salt preserved vegetables just in time for garden season. We will also learn to grow a Kombucha mother using strong tea and a jar of ready made Kombucha from the grocery store.
