About the speaker

Tami Hackbarth is a life+work coach, speaker, author, podcast host and Fair Play Facilitator. She works with people who want to get their time and energy back so they can create the world they want to live in. She believes in rebalancing the domestic labor and in 100% Guilt-Free Self-Care.

Tami began her career working in politics after graduating from UC Davis. In her mid30s, she began her second career as an elementary school teacher. It was in her work as a teacher, she found herself physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted. These were the beginning signs of burnout.

In response, Tami began practicing 100% Guilt-Free Self-Care. It completely changed her life - in and out of the classroom.

Now Tami dedicates her work as a Life+Work Coach to helping others change their lives through 100% Guilt-Free Self-Care and the Fair Play Method.

She is a certified Life+Work Coach through UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education, a Fair Play Facilitator through the Fair Play Policy Institute, coaches professionals privately all over the country and through her group coaching program Deferred Maintenance.

You can find Tami on LinkedIn, Instagram and on her podcast - 100% Guilt-Free Self-Care. Her book The Essential Guide to 100% Guilt-Free Self-Care is available nationwide.
