For this special CMNYC event, David Pearl is bringing the Street Wisdom experience to our city streets (and apartments)! Street Wisdom is an everyday creative practice you use as you walk. Pearl’s immersive audio guidance will prime us for a richness of observation, unlocking our minds and unblocking our creativity with every step. Suddenly every corner is full of inspiration. And whatever our questions, we are finding answers everywhere.

❤️ HOW TO PARTICIPATE
🌏 You can experience this from home, on a stroll, or anywhere else, you’ll just need a charged device, some headphones, and to dress for the weather.✨WHAT TO EXPECT
This experience will unfold in four parts:✔️ WELCOME. Together, we’ll read the CreativeMornings manifesto and listen to a performance brought to you by our musical partners Sing for Hope.
✔️ TUNE UP. You will be guided through a series of short exercises that are designed to “tune up” your senses so you can tune into the world around you.
✔️ QUEST. You will choose and frame a question you would like some fresh thinking on and/or new answers to and then set off in search of insights, ideas and answers, looking for signs and signals from the streets or space you explore.
✔️ SHARE. At the end, everyone will gather together again and we will ask a few people to share their experience, what they learned and discuss how to apply the insights back to the question they brought to the WalkShop.
ABOUT YOUR HOST
David Pearl is the founder of non-profit social venture Street Wisdom.
An innovator in the arts, business and social change , David is responsible for designing, orchestrating, and animating on & off-line high-stakes meetings the world over. He is also the creator of the live-streamed talk-show, The Green Room, in which David and his guests explore the backstage of working life. He keeps his creative instincts sharp with his improvising ensemble, Impropera.
David describes the common thread between all his work as finding the inspiration in the everyday. Every day.
