For the first time, this June, all 29 CreativeMornings chapters will be hosting their events under one common, unified theme: The Intersection of Arts + Technology, presented in partnership with the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). We’re glad to have Steve share his interactive projects with us.

About the speaker

Born in Iran, raised in Hong Kong and educated in Europe. Steve Lawler attended the prestigious FABRICA school in Italy, Benetton’s centre for communication. After landing his first job working for Diesel, creating their rebellious and experimental web presence. He was then hired by Ogilvy in Singapore where he refined the skills of advertising which would prepare him for his next adventure.

Starting the independent communication agency and magazine Kult. Known for their contribution to the regions underground art scene, they are breaking through to the mass market with their free quarterly publication. Rapidly growing respect from the international community this “Experiment in Visual communication” prompts us to look at the everyday in new ways.
