Thanksgiving Square is a hidden gem nestled between the towers of downtown Dallas, designed to inspire gratitude and to honor the great American and world traditions of thanksgiving. More than just a park, it’s a place where we can all stand together on common ground, reflect on gratitude and appreciate the diversity of our community. We invite you to visit and experience the power of gratitude for yourself.

Exploring Spirituality

Spirituality is unique for each of us. With that in mind, we’ve designed an event to give you choices. We’ll gather together for coffee and breakfast, followed by a group tour to see the art and architecture of the Square. After that you will choose what appeals to you: a guided meditation in the chapel, a quiet gratitude practice, or an Ask-Me-Anything with Andy Stoker, the Chief Engagement Officer of the Thanks-Giving Foundation.

Ruben Sandoval, a certified neuroscience-based meditation and sound therapy facilitator, will facilitate a guided meditation in the Thanksgiving Interfaith Chapel.
