In this talk, I’ll share what I’ve learned in the last 13 years working as a Strategist, Designer and Systemic Coach with global companies, governments and social startups rethinking how they work, collaborate, and adapt for what’s next.
We are at a tipping point of accelerated change of how we work and lead. In the age of AI, uniquely human skills—such as empathy, meaning-making, and envisioning futures—gain new importance. These will become the real engines of value creation. But in today’s environment of digital overload, constant complexity and old ways of working, these inner resources are stretched thin, leading to inefficiencies, burnout and disconnection. It’s time for a Revival. Not through big reinventions, but through small, human shifts that help us feel more alive, connected, and creative in order to shape this new era. In this talk, I’ll share what I’ve learned in the last 13 years working as a Strategist, Designer and Systemic Coach with global companies, governments and social startups rethinking how they work, collaborate, and adapt for what’s next. We’ll explore simple, practical ways to shift: from ‘certainty’ to rigorous curiosity, from seeking ‘control’ to embracing adaptability and from ‘overwhelm’ to creative space. Grounded in how our minds work, systems thinking, and design, these human-centered approaches are vital for the future. I hope you get inspired to reconnect with what matters and to lead in a more human, future-ready way.
