When safety advocate and NightCap founder Shirah Benarde dreamed up a scrunchie that could save lives, she learned that growth begins where it stops feeling soft — and that breaking through limiting beliefs can change more than just your own world.

In this inspiring CreativeMornings Palm Beach talk, Shirah Benarde, CEO and co-founder of NightCap, shares how a dream turned into a globally recognized product preventing drink spiking. From starting with pantyhose and a scrunchie to landing partnerships with Forever 21, the Mets, and the NBA, Shirah reveals how confronting her “soft” comfort zones and limiting beliefs opened unexpected doors — not only for her business, but for the safety of millions.
