Shar Tuiasoa

Shar Tuiasoa is the owner and designer behind Punky Aloha Studio. A Kailua native, Shar first received a certificate in Fine Art from WCC before attending Laguna College of Art and Design in Southern California, where she earned a BFA in Illustration and Entertainment Design. Her artwork is bold and vibrant with a Hawaii/Pasifika-centric theme. Her unique and modern aesthetic has helped to quickly grow her audience and her client list. She has created work for local businesses, several local publications including Hawaii Magazine, Honolulu Magazine, and Honolulu Business Magazine, and as a freelancer has worked with notable companies including Guess and Southwest Airlines. Punky Aloha Studio also sells original artwork and prints in Galleries and boutique shops throughout the islands.
