Seth Cathy

Seth Cathy founded Ember, a newly established art gallery in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee specializing in displaying and selling handcrafted high quality ceramics. Ember currently represents over twenty artists, the majority of which produce one of kind functional pottery. Cups, bowls, mugs, pitchers, vases, planters, plates, jars, platters, and sculptures can all be found at Ember.

Seth is passionate about putting ceramics and the artists who create the work in the spotlight- highlighting the dedication and hard work that goes into bringing a work of clay into existence. The unique nature of ceramics is that it is an art, craft, and science that can be admired, held, and used.
