LOST: Learn, Or Stay Troubled

We all feel lost sometimes. Where does that come from? Who do you really think you are? If you feel lost, Rashad Rayford is right there with you. And if you don’t feel lost, but you’re not constantly learning and evolving, you may be lost (but you just don’t know it). Rashad discusses how Instagram threatens our sense of self worth, and how empathy is a key that can unlock the things we need to learn about ourselves. Weaving in poetry, Rashad’s talk inspires us that we can change our mindset, that we can start today, and and that “breakthroughs happen because what you went through didn’t break you.”
