Victoria Stoyanova on how to build a personal & communal sanctuary
About the speaker
January's theme is SANCTUARY
The original meaning of sanctuary was a sacred place, containing a holy relic or person. And today, much of where we find our sanctuary is through the myriad places and spaces we feel a sense of belonging. A sense of community.
So where is it that you find refuge? What happens to your body when you cross its threshold? And most importantly, how can you hold the door open for others?
