About the speaker
Mr. Ron Luvisi is the Managing Partner and Operations Manager for San Antonio Plastic Bricks Inc. (SAPB). Mr. Luvisi started with SAPB in February 2012 and rose to partner in March of 2013. July of 2013 saw Mr. Luvisi become the majority partner in this rapidly expanding and global market of Lego® retail sales. As Managing Partner and Operations Manager, Ron oversees the accountability, control and distribution of over 800,000 pieces of inventory. He has overseen the shipment of product to 27 countries and every state in the United States. He is an actively engaged local civic leader in the expansion of San Antonio Plastic Bricks to a larger facility and working with local and national organizations to fill a unique need in the area of personnel recognition. He oversees a staff of 6 and an annual budget of $200,000.
One of the newest areas that Ron has dove into is that of corporate team building. Since standing up the new addition of “Bricks Teambuilding”, he has led teams from a variety of corporations including USAA, Whataburger, Rackspace, HEB, Saint Mary Magdalen School, iHeart Media, Booz Allen Hamiliton and many more including a multitude of small San Antonio businesses. His use of team building techniques while incorporating the use of Lego® building bricks is cutting edge and brings a new way to look at an essential part of any team in the business arena.
Ron is also 1 of 6 speakers that make up the highly motivated motivational/leadership development team PowerPact Leadership.
As a Retired Senior Master Sergeant, Ron honorably served from 1986 to 2011. While on active duty, his final duty was as the Professional Military Education Manager, United States Air Forces in Europe. He was responsible for all aspects of United States Air Forces in Europe Professional Military Education and Force Development, including functional oversight of 7 Career Assistance Advisors, 6 First Term Airman’s Center’s NCOICs and 54 Professional Military Education Instructors within the United States Air Forces in Europe.
Ron was born in Ft. Knox, Kentucky. He is married to the former Jennifer McGonnell, and they have two amazing and beautiful daughters, Shelby Marie and Savannah Vivian Margaret.
Ron holds an Occupational Instructor Certificate from Air University, 2 Community College of the Air Force AA degrees, a BS in Sociology from Colorado State University-Pueblo and an Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio which he completed in 2018.
