Rokki reminds us that the only way to rise is through our connections to one another.

Fitness expert and social enterprise founder Rokki Bonner shares how she was inspired to rise through a family history of superseding all expectations. Her great, great grandfather was a sharecropper who bought the farm that’s still in her family today. When people told her that fitness wasn’t a path to success, she refused to listen. In 2018, she founded Fit to Navigate— a social enterprise that trained at-risk populations as fitness professionals. She began by volunteering her time to serve incarcerated women who wanted to build a better life, and that work has transitioned to serving others who see fitness as a pathway to a better future.
