Rhianna C. Rogers discusses strategies for developing intercultural competencies, a critical skill in today’s globalized world.

This presentation uses anthropology (the study of human behavior) and Rogers’ personal experiences to highlight the importance culture plays in everyone’s lives. The goal is to teach cross-cultural understanding, respect, personal reflection and compassion for each other as members of a globalized community. The more we understand each other, the more we can make the world a better place for all.
