Release with Kenneth Tan

Kenneth has spent all of his adult life in the media industry. He was Chief Operating Officer of Mediacorp TV and Chief Executive Officer of Mediacorp Radio before becoming the first non-expatriate Managing Director of Golden Village. He subsequently served as Singapore’s national Film Commissioner at IMDA where he was concurrently Assistant Chief Executive responsible for industry development. Chairman of the Singapore Film Society since 1984, Kenneth has native proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin, having also chaired the Promote Mandarin Council and presented at conferences in 14 countries on three continents. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with First Class Honors in Business Administration, and holds the record of watching his favorite movie 43 times at the cinema.
