About the speaker
For this month's event, the speaker is… you… and your neighbors!
We're inviting the Austin community to get motivated by Release Day 2026 and finish a project that has been on the “back burner” for too long. Now is the time to use our collective deadline—May 29—to get. it. done.
What you launch into the world is up to you! It can be polished or imperfect. It can be really big (launching an app or publishing a book or announcing an event) to really small (crocheting a baby beanie, sending a letter to your long-lost childhood friend, or finally organizing your closet) and everything in-between (planting that garden or making a funky mailbox or starting your substack).
If you would like to share your creative project on stage and in person on May 29th, apply here before May 1st.
What will you release on Release Day?
Even if you're not presenting on our stage at this event, you can still release your creative project on Release Day - along with thousands of other people around the world!
We're bringing you a whole month of tips, motivation, and accountability to help you get ready to share your creative project on Release Day on May 29th!
