Magical acoustic performance by Glasgow singer-songwriter
Glasgow-based singer-songwriter Ali Stott performs a few of his original songs and closes the magical set with a sing-along.
About the speaker
Ali Stott is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from just outside Glasgow who has a love of insightful and explorative songs. He released his debut EP in 2024, his follow-up in 2025, and a new single on the 9th of May, his first fully electric release. Incorporating elements of folk, rock and jazz, Ali's music covers vast ground, but always centres around the idea of the song being the most important thing. He plans to spend the rest of the year releasing a song every month, and playing gigs with award-nominated jazz drummer Chun Wei Kang.
