How does one of the oldest companies in Norway transition into the 21st century? Well, eight months ago, Lee and Haydn began working together with a small startup team of seven in Posten’s innovation hub to help answer that very question. We will share what it’s been like to build AMOI (amoi.no) from strategy, to sketch to pilot, and from pilot to launch and now growth. You will get an insight into how we have gone about building and agile new brand and service in a start-up team when the goal posts are constantly moving. Furthermore, you will hear about the politics and challenges of innovating within large organisations, being creative in the times we find ourselves in and building a service that seeks to benefit people, partners, planet and be profitable for Posten.
