Erricka Bailey is a founder with a mission to create functional, interdependent organizational cultures so that leaders and teams can effectively support their missions for community transformation. An expert in facilitation, leadership and group coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution, Erricka co-creates with her clients to repair relationships and build supportive environments that help everyone involved reflect, communicate, engage, and move forward together.

Experienced in organizational design, change management, Agile leadership, and learning and development design, Erricka is strategic in her approach to help her clients develop frameworks that inspire confidence and trust in one another and in their purpose-driven work. She is both a SCRUM Master and certified in Design Thinking for Social Impact, with proficiency in designing and facilitating transformative experiences and conversations to catalyze and sustain human needs-centered change, connection, and growth.

Whether she’s delivering her impactful services within the ecosystems of Richmond, or reaching beyond the organizational level to practice care, respect, and responsibility in the communities she serves, Erricka is committed to empowering others and teaching them the tools to honor their physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. When she’s not working to help create a world where we all thrive, Erricka enjoys being present with her two sons, family, and friends.
