Back for the third year, we’re celebrating all the things that make our New York community a beacon of creative life.
Come cheer on your fellow community members as they share their creative works in progress, daydreams, and masterpieces on the Invisible Dog stage on August 2nd! (See how awesome it was last year.)
WHAT TO EXPECT
❤️ Join us from 8:30 - 9:00 AM to enjoy coffee and breakfast at the Invisible Dog. Meet and mingle with your fellow NYC creatives and create some hand-made signs to cheer on your friends!
❤️ We’ll kick off with a surprise musical performance.
❤️ Community members (that's you!) will take the stage to share about a creative project you've been working on!
❤️ Each person will have 90 seconds to share their projects. Yes, it's fast! We aim to include as many people as possible. Expect it to be zany and amazing!
❤️ Not interested in presenting? We can't wait to have you in the audience to cheer on your fellow NYC'ers with all the love this community is known for!
WHAT KIND OF PROJECTS ARE YOU LOOKING FOR PRESENTERS TO SHARE?
👉 We're looking for submissions that highlight both your projects and the creative processes behind them. Whether it's an EP in progress, a sketch- art series, a personal blog, or group project, share details of your work and describe how your ideas and execution are evolving. Whether it's a project you've completed, something in the works, or a simple hobby that keeps your creativity flowing, we want to see it and know more about how it makes you FEEL. How has it changed you? How has it challenged you? What have you learned from it?

🚨 Due to last year's high demand for presenter slots, we're accepting submissions to present your work this year.
APPLY FOR YOUR 90 SECOND SPEAKING SPOT
📸 Each presenter will get ONE slide to share in the 90 seconds. Please ensure your images and text are large and clear, so even the audience in the back can see them clearly. (If your application is accepted, we will share a group deck with you to add your slide to, so sit tight!)
🚨 To accommodate as many speakers as possible, please do not ask for feedback or pose questions during your segment. However, you’re welcome to invite follow-ups afterward by mingling or sharing your contact info on your slides.
💸 This is not a space for commercial pitches during your presentation. The focus of the showcase is on the creative process and expression. You'll have plenty of opportunities later to connect with fellow attendees!
🌈 Feeling nervous about sharing? That’s okay! We are here to support and encourage you. A racing heartbeat is a great sign to go for it!
