Remember why you do what you do.
Nate Beck, Owner of Natedogs, shares his tips for creating magic in every moment no matter what kind of work you do. Video by Provid Films
About the speaker
Nate is a husband and father of 5 beautiful little girls. They are his joy and magic in life. He's also a professional singer and a self-taught chef. Nate loves to sing and loves to cook and loves to enjoy delicious drinks, often with a great cigar. But more than that he loves to inspire and encourage others to cook and to sing and to enjoy all the small moments in life. Like enjoying a good hot dog. And not just any hot dog, a skin-on wiener.
If you were to ask his family what Nate's favorite food would be they would emphatically shout, āHot Dogsā. And hold the ketchup. Please. No offense to those of you who love ketchup. Nate holds no ill will towards ketchup. But, when it comes to his hot dogs, ketchup has no place in the same universe. Thatās just how he rolls. You see, Nate developed this love for hot dogs from his dad and from a lifetime of trips to the MN State Fair where he can enjoy delicious footlong hot dogs. And boy does he enjoys the footlongs. Last year Nate consumed 8 footlongs in a single day. He just loves āem that much.
His hope is that you will love the magic of Natedogs that much. Enough to enjoy 8 or more in a single day. Nate canāt wait to share with you his passion for hot dogs and he canāt wait to make a bunch of new friends.

I really believe that one of the most important and special things you can do for another human being is to remember their name.
Any environment: design, architecture, construction, restaurants, food trucking, can have those opportunities to create those moments, you just have to be conscious for them.
I honestly think in doing this business and wanting to focus on the human aspect of what makes life interesting and what makes life really special, I kind of liked being surprised by fame, a little bit.
It makes you realize that we actually have, for lack of a better term, energy that we share back and forth between each other.
