About the speaker

Natasha Ponciano, a Canadian-born Houston transplant, is a yoga instructor, studio owner, and a true embodiment of resilience and authenticity. After a life-altering car accident in 2014 that left her with a broken neck, yoga became her guiding light, helping her heal mentally and physically. Her yoga flows are a vibrant blend of contemporary energy and ancient traditions, reflecting the diversity of her experiences—first training in Cambodia and later deepening her practice in a remote ashram in the Himalayas of Nepal, where she completed her 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification.

As a Lululemon Ambassador for Houston and current leader of the yoga program at Equinox in River Oaks, Natasha's impact on the community continues to grow. At her studio, Lost Lotus Yoga, she has created a sanctuary for misfits, rebels, and free spirits, offering a safe space for self-expression and growth. Natasha is passionate about fostering an inclusive and empowering environment where individuals can explore their own authentic selves. Her teaching and approach to life are captured in her mantra: “Travel, EAT, play, sing, laugh, learn, and live free.”
