Melody White

Melody Stone's childhood homes ranged from the Navajo reservation in Arizona to a small mining town in Mongolia and a few places in between.

With a background in story telling and graphic design Melody started a curiosity-based story series at Capital Public Radio about the weird things you see on the side of the road. Dubbed "Roadside Distractions," she's found the mysteries behind the Milk Farm in Dixon and the Ocean City MD. sign as well an abandoned paddle boat off Garden Highway.

She loves following her curiosity where it leads and transforming what she finds into stories for audio and web.
