Fear invites the impossible to happen

Meera opens with a story about almost drowning at a birthday party as a little girl, and uses her journey to taking swimming lessons in her 30’s as a way to chronicle her relationship with fear. She teaches us that fear, if you look at it right, reveals what you want most out of life — and that making friends with your fear can help you to find the life you’re meant to live.
