About the speaker

Mary Rose Dias is a Positive Psychology Practitioner (MSc), Mindfulness Coach and Yoga Therapist based in the beautiful Te Whanganui-a-Tara. Mary has a huge passion for health, healing and happiness and offers wellness support to clients both online, and from her clinic in Wellington Central. Mary also teaches wellness programs and workshops to groups and organisations, and she specialises in supporting people to untangle stress, fear and anxiety, connect with their purpose and calling, practice and nurture their strengths and live more successful, joyful, heart-centred lives.

Mary's approach to wellbeing is unique in that it integrates the latest in evidence-based psychology research with ancient yogic wisdom, mindfulness and meditation tools. Mary loves working with the mind/psychology (thinking, thoughts, emotions), the body (sensations and feelings) and what is often referred to as the spirit (inspiration, connectedness, and how one relates to themselves, others and the world).
