About the speaker
Marijn van Oosten (1986) is an artist and the founder of UKIO & Alignin. With a background in Graphic Design (BA) and Editorial Design (MA), she has been running her company for 22 years.
Her work centers on visualizing the core essence—translating art and design into tangible tools for both inner and global transformation. Through her creations, she guides people back to their source, helping them experience their natural state of being with ease.
As a Visual Visionary, she developed the Visual Blueprint, a unique approach designed for founders, CEOs, and changemakers seeking clarity and alignment.
Her impact is far-reaching—by designing the award-winning Paper Pathfinder, a 3D wayfinding system for the Rijksmuseum (distributed in 120,000 pieces), she brought a human touch to over 5 million people worldwide.
