We design all of our products together and screen print everything in house. We spent 2015 and 2016 taking our 1987 turquoise renovated short bus to outdoor craft shows and sharing our products with people from all over the globe. In 2017 we opened up a brick and mortar store in a gorgeous old photography studio in downtown Asheville, NC and hired a team! So happy to have moved the screen printing set up out of our kitchens we are now looking forward and we are so excited to expand the company, keep creating and making great quality products that bring smiles to people far and wide…
Spectrum of Truth and Hope
This is a Zoom talk - the link will be shared with attendees the Thursday prior to the talk.
A spectrum requires relationship. And to know where we land requires something of us–that we tell the truth and that we acknowledge someone else’s. Sometimes the most revolutionary thing you can do is tell the truth. Sometimes it is to connect with someone. Sometimes it is to have hope. In the middle of a pandemic and amidst a revolution around racial justice, we’ve worked to shine a spotlight on the spectrum of truths that surround us. In this talk, we’ll take you behind-the-scenes of the large-scale public projections we used to activate the public square in downtown Asheville. We’ll also ask you to do something–to speak your truth and be heard. And together we’ll shine a light on it for everyone to see.
