Sound (adj): in good condition; not damaged, injured, or diseased. Based on reason, sense, or judgment. Competent; reliable.

Sound is more than just a noun, more than just the vibrations that enter our ears. And as an adjective, it can describe the foundation, the rituals, the practices, those little things we do that help us connect to the spark of creativity within. Letitia shares simple, reliable practices that keep the mind, body, and access to creativity in good condition.

About the speaker

Letitia is a Certified Purna Yoga Instructor who has been practicing since 1998 and teaching since 2004. She’s spent time as a philosophy professor, record store owner, boutique manager, burlesque starlet, soul singer, t-shirt designer, and the co-author and creator of 32 dioramas for the book Sock Monkey Dreams.

“My priority in my practice is to live yoga, now, in the present moment (whether that’s on the mat, in the studio, in my relationships), to commit each moment to showing up and following my inner voice on the path of dharma. My inspiration to teach yoga comes from the desire to share my own yogic path with my students. To share the ways in which yoga has helped me become more of myself: healthier, happier, balanced, and loving.”
