Layers with Laura Pendleton-Miller

Laura Pendleton-Miller has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry.  After 13 years  with major financial services companies, Laura started her own business in 1991, currently incorporated as Cerulean Financial.  

As an independent financial consultant, Laura works with individuals, non-profits, and small businesses to review their current financial situation, establish their investment goals, analyze their risk thresholds, and implement their investment strategies. Laura prides herself on good communications and client accessibility.  Cerulean Financial is located in the Mercado District in Tucson, Arizona but Laura is also licensed in several states across the nation.

Although Laura is not a native of Tucson, she considers herself an enthusiastic desert rat of long standing.  She has worked to combine her love of family, community and profession.  Her community involvement has been extensive and includes chair positions at the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, Tucson Pima Arts Council and Satori School.  Her current passion is for the Blue Lotus Artists’Collective (BLAC), a non-profit gallery space dedicated to supporting and uplifting black artists.
