There's a lot to cover here so will move quite fast, but there's a workbook available for all attendees to help you through the stages in your own time after the event.
If you want to work along with me in creating a strategy (or making a start) in the hour, make sure you've spent time thinking about:
what you're marketing
who you want to reach
who your competitors (or comparators) are
and what resources (time, money, skills) you have available.
And set up accounts for the following tools: Chat GPT, Claude, Perplexity
