About the speaker

Kevin Finn is an author, adviser and internationally recognised designer.

He started his career in Dublin at the studio that has designed all of U2’s album covers and for seven years was Joint Creative Director of Saatchi Design, Sydney.

A self-confessed risk-taker, in 2007 Kevin moved with his now wife from Sydney to Kununurra, a remote town in Western Australia where he founded his independent design business TheSumOf. He is now based in Brisbane, Australia.

As the founder, editor and publisher of Open Manifesto, he has interviewed numerous international thought-leaders and some of the biggest names in design from around the world.

He’s also recently published Brand Principles: How to be a 21st Century Brand, a book focused on sharing his 30 years of experience in branding businesses.
