Jump Rope with Punk Rope

Attendees will participate in a Punk Rope class—the most popular jump rope-based workout in the world—which blends jump rope with calisthenics and is set to a kick-a*s soundtrack. Attendees will learn several basic jump rope steps as well as a variety of bodyweight movements which lead to improved cardio, coordination, agility, strength, balance, rhythm, timing, bone density, and body composition. To fully enjoy the class, attendees should have a jump rope.

About your Host
Tim Haft is the creator and president of Punk Rope. Along with Punk Rope’s director of training, Shana Brady, Tim has been teaching rope jumping since 2004 and has certified more than 1,200 jump rope instructors worldwide. Tim and Shana have led thousands of jump rope classes and hundreds of workshops.

Shana Brady will also be presenting, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and is Punk Rope’s director of training since 2005.
