Jood Alharthi

Jood W. Alharthi is an Associate Peacebuilding Officer working with the United Nations in the Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (DPPA) in New York.

Previously, Jood was working with a Human Rights Law Firm based in London.
Jood is an avid reader and enjoys creative writing. She has won the Lawyers Without Borders Innovation Competition for developing an interactive storybook for children in Tanzania to educate them on the risks of Human Trafficking.

It’s Jood’s personal mission to continuously support diversity and inclusion causes, and to encourage future generations to live with a global mindset.
