About this FieldTrip

A 1 hr flow that will incorporate breathing, moving, and releasing. This class is not only about the physical asana, but also incorporates mindful practices throughout to connect with ourselves and our breath. This is a beautiful opportunity for a community to move together and connect together in a safe space.

About your host I am a registered 200 hr yoga teacher who is also studying to become a coach. I have a passion for connecting with like-minded communities and facilitating the conversation around mindfulness and health. I think there is no better time than the crisis happening right now to bring awareness around what fear and panic do to us. What better way to bring everyone together in isolation and show/teach ways to calm down, connect with the breath, and move through this period.
