Jo Hook

Jo Hook is a Life Designer. And with an insatiable appetite for reading everything from Neuroscience; Feminism; Leadership, Architecture, Design to Physics, Jo is also a lifelong learner.

Her training in Neuro Linguistic Programming added to her interest in how people shape their reality. That along with three decades of coaching and a lifetime of personal and business
experience form the foundation of her work with individuals and as a Small Business Mentor.

Jo loves helping people to become clearer and more confident to build happy and meaningful lives by understanding themselves better. In the past 15 years she has found herself referred into a wonderful niche within the Australian Design and Creative community where she works with a whole raft of people working to transform the world.
