With 20+ years of design and learning experience, she takes a holistic approach to learning, taking into account environment, culture and technology. She has worked with clients like ICA Gruppen, AFRY and Toca Boca to drive cultural change, leadership development and improve their work methodologies. Currently, she serves as a Lumineer of Learning (Head of Learning) at Abracademy, founder of Studio Theolin, and Toolbox Toolbox. In addition, she is a judge for the Swedish Learning Awards and an active Global Keynote Speaker. Last but not least, she authored 'Dare to Facilitate,' a book dedicated to unleashing the courage within each of us to pioneer change in the way we lead gatherings, workshops, and discussions.
