Bars aren’t going to completely stop water waste but creativity can certainly help find solutions.
This morning we were flooded with Sheffield spring sunlight and the all glass frontage of the stunning venue Ambulo meant we could not see our slides. Resulted in an impromptu interview which turned out to be lots of fun. Discussing water, cocktails and the future of sustainability bars need to start seriously incorporating to their service and set ups.
