In a fun and very hands-on way, we’ll learn how we can boost our immunity, our energy and our creativity for more awesome work. Creative cooking, fit breaks instead of coffee breaks (or with them), becoming a pro-sleeper and so much more!

You’re welcome to join and take notes, to participate as much or as little in all the fun! We’ll be cooking a simple immune-boosting snack. You’ll need a red bell pepper half, 1 clove of garlic to crush, 1 hard-boiled egg, a knife and a cutting board, salt, and pepper. And an appetite!
