Hayley Matthews-Jones

Hayley Matthews-Jones is the Founder and CEO of Minneapolis Craft Market and Minneapolis Vintage Market, and the COO for The Get Down Coffee Company. Since 2015, she has built a thriving market scene in the Twin Cities, working with more than 2,000 local artists, 300 vintage vendors and dozens of venues, the market is now an established part of Minneapolis/St. Paul culture. She brings her dual skills in both creativity and logistics to her role at The Get Down, and has helped it grow into a nationally-recognized brand carried in Target, with a flagship café and new roastery in just two years.

In 2022, Hayley began leading trans-Atlantic group tours to London Fashion week in partnership with Limitless Planet, bringing small groups of adventure travelers from across the US to experience London like a local during the most vibrant time of year for the fashion and style community.
