About the speaker

Eric Davis was a professional skier, having trained with the US National Team as a junior and he helped the University of Colorado win a National Championship as both an athlete and as a coach.

During his athletic career, he’s had to overcome life-threatening injuries and a diagnosis of debilitating rheumatoid arthritis and lupus at age 22.

He has found the most meaning and purpose in life during his lowest points, and a near-death experience in his mid-20’s led to the spontaneous remission of his autoimmune illnesses. He’s been on a 15-year odyssey to better understand both the conditions that led to his autoimmune illness and the conditions that have helped him heal, in order to help others with their own healing journey.

He’s started an organization called ‘Autohealing’ (found at Autohealing.com) to provide resources and inspiration to those suffering from chronic illness. He also teaches a weekly meditation class in Boulder.

Professionally, Eric manages the assets of about 30 families and entrepreneurs in Boulder, Colorado for a values-driven investment firm. He lives in Nederland, Colorado with his 2 young children and a wife.
