About the speaker
Gabriella Kemény is an author from Budapest, living in London for a few years now. She has a couple of published poetry books (the second one was the Winner of Book of the Year 2022 Hungary audience award in its category). She is currently working on her first English collection. When she's not writing, she is organising artsy poetry and music events, such as the Crossover Budapest series, or the Fireflies of London events.

Creative Mornings is a global community that believes everyone is creative and everyone is welcomed. We bring people together once a month for an in person talk with the goal of sparking more creativity in our community and to connect with other likeminded individuals. Events are always free and there is no money involved in organizing these events — we are fueled solely on the kindness of volunteers and generous local partners.
Each month we will have a global theme in which we organize our event around. August’s global theme is ritual. Our keynote speaker is a poetic storyteller Gabriella Kemény @kemenygabriella who is a Hungarian native currently living in London. Come one, come all!
