You deserve to fall in love with your body - exactly the way it is right now. Your body is the home for your soul and mind. You deserve to heal that relationship and create a cozy home.

In our body-positive workshop, we’ll look into how we can move from hating, criticizing, and loathing our body to a more loving, joyful relationship. This course is for anyone that has tried a million diets and exercise routines but still finding themselves unhappy in their body.

It’s not about food, weight or the way you look. Body love is a deep radical mindset shift towards acceptance and inner compassion.

In our workshop you’ll learn:
- why it’s okay to hate your body (it will all make sense during our course)
- why exercise isn’t working for you
- how to heal your relationship with food
- why self-love and compassion is the key to body confidence

About your Host
I’m a certified life coach with a focus on self-love. I support women in falling in love with their body, mind, and soul & showing up as confident leaders in their business. Also am a certified women’s circle leader and run monthly workshops around varying topics. Just finished my group coaching program “Body Love” which looked into many of the topics I’ll discuss in the workshop.
