EMBER with Carys Eleri

The Canopi

part of a series on Ember (em·ber) | Ember

About the speaker

Carys Eleri has many strings to her bow. She thrives when her creative work life allows her to be as diverse as possible and completely rejects boxes! She writes, produces, performs, composes and has explored a wide range of themes within her artistry whether within her comedic projects or deeply spiritual ones. Free spirited and bold, she’s never been afraid to venture into the unknown and understands the power of vulnerability. She has also played leading roles in TV and radio dramas and has won many accolades for her work. For the last year she has been touring her one woman comedy-music show ‘Tonguing’ where she explores the neuroscience of communication post-pandemic and in a polarised world. Originally from Tumble, Carmarthenshire, she now lives in Pentyrch, near Cardiff. Carys is also a druid and is a member of the Anglesey Druid Order.
