In this talk, I explore creativity not as a skill, but as a natural expression of life moving through us.
Many people believe that creativity is something they either have — or don’t. Something that requires talent, discipline or a certain identity. But what if nothing is missing? In this talk, I explore creativity not as a skill, but as a natural expression of life moving through us. Through my work in embodiment and nervous system awareness, I’ve come to see something simple but powerful: the body does not respond to pressure — it responds to conditions. Through a guided mini-experience and clear insights, I invite you to reconnect with your own inner “ember” — a quiet but persistent source of vitality that never truly disappears. You’ll leave with a new understanding of creativity, and a practical sense of how to create the conditions in which clarity, expression and direction can naturally emerge.
