About the speaker
Eileen once had a shot of espresso that changed her life. She knew right then what to do: open a shop dedicated to elevating coffee in the Bay Area, in the city where she knew she belonged.
She founded Ritual in 2005. Ritual Coffee on Valencia Street is the first brick-and-mortar café serving the style of coffee that put San Francisco on the modern coffee map. Fast forward years later, and business as usual to Eileen means building equity in the supply chain, supporting her community, and helping foster the careers of so many on the vanguard.
Ritual now has five cafes and roasts coffee in small batches in the heart of San Francisco.

The event will take place at Frog / Capgemini San Francisco, at 1011 3rd St right across the bridge from Oracle Park. A volunteer will be waiting at the door to greet you.
