For over 30 years, Don has worked at the pinnacle of the Advertising/Marketing business. As Executive Vice President/ Executive Creative Director for BBDO New York, Don led the creative efforts for an array of Fortune 500 companies including GE, Pepsi, HBO and Visa.

His work has won every industry award for creativity & effectiveness including Cannes Lions, Emmys, Clios, The One Show, and a Grammy. Recently when USA Today listed its top 10 scoring ads on the Super Bowl, 6 were created by Don.

Today, as an Executive Coach and consultant, he uses this experience to help leaders and their companies grow their creative capabilities (and, as a result, their businesses).

He’s going to talk about honoring creativity in the age of “content,” and how great work – truly great work – takes time, takes trust, and takes courage.
