Danny Parker

Danny Parker is a maker educator and digital media specialist at On Track Academy, an option school in Spokane Public Schools. He loves collecting nerds and unlocking the power of obsession to make cool things! He firmly believes that Spokane is a very cool town and is excited to keep exploring what the city can be when creative people show up and make things together.

Danny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Rhetoric and Digital Storytelling from Whitworth University and a Master in Teaching from Gonzaga University. His work lives at the intersection of education, technology, and hands-on making, with a strong belief that learning is at its best when students are building, experimenting, and occasionally breaking things. He is passionate about building community, technology and Star Wars droids. He has recently been playing WAY too much ARC Raiders.
