Danny is an Organizational Consultant at Centauric –a global consultancy based in La Jolla, San Diego. He is a gifted facilitator who creates psychologically safe environments for individual thinking and group collaboration. As a coach, he is experienced in helping individuals design their personal and professional callings. As a keynote speaker, Danny inspires movement and momentum through his energy and storytelling.
Danny works with individuals and organizations of all sizes creating compelling experiences to help teams maximize their potential. He is an on-call faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership as well as an experienced Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
Danny holds a Masters of Divinity and is currently working on his doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. His current research is on Digital Well-Being, Smartphone Addiction, and Emotional Intelligence. Danny is a classically trained violinist, surf enthusiast and will have a cup of coffee with just about anyone!
