About the speaker
Rituals add meaning and a deeper sense of connection to our lives. They allow us to practice mindfulness and reflection. Unlike our daily routine and habits, rituals have the power to inspire us. Our CreativeMornings events have their own rituals. Getting a cup of coffee creates an opportunity to say hello to someone new while you wait your turn in line.
Rituals can be defined as ancient and new technologies, often non-productive, aimed at reminding ourselves we are human in support of the thriving of life and our creative endeavors.
Join us for an enlightening session by Daniela Fuentes, a designer, artist and Yoga facilitator, exploring the profound impact of rituals on our lives. In this talk, rituals are presented as both ancient and contemporary practice that transcend productivity to touch the core of our humanity.
Through this engaging talk, held in her Studio B.Yoga Basel, Daniela will delve into how these practices serve as vital reminders of our human essence, fostering a sense of connection, purpose, and creativity. Discover how integrating rituals into your daily life can support personal growth, enhance creative endeavors, and contribute to the overall thriving of life.
